Data protection laws in the United States may differ from those in your country of residence. By using the Site, creating an account, or providing your personal information, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your data to the United States.
For users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the following safeguards for international data transfers: your explicit consent to the transfer, the necessity of the transfer for the performance of a contract with you (such as providing your account and listing services), and the use of service providers (such as Stripe and Microsoft) who maintain their own data protection commitments and safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
When you create a stud dog listing, certain information is displayed publicly in our Stud Dog Directory. Right to Object: You may object to the processing of your personal data where we rely on legitimate interests as the legal basis. We will cease processing unless we have compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Right to Lodge a Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe that our processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection laws.
To exercise any of these rights, you may use the self-service features in your account dashboard or contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
