We treat every case as if it is our own dog that we are making the decision and recommendation for. We will always advise you based on your best chances for success and for optimum health of your dog.
We spend hours counseling each client and answering questions. This is all interactive — we want you involved! We want your input and we want you to be involved in every step. We do not remove your dog from you for procedures; we have you right there for all of it.

Due to the high volume of cases we work with every year, we have a large pool of knowledge and personal experience to draw from when making decisions. Most likely we have dealt with unusual scenarios before — we have knowledge of what works and what doesn't in most cases.
Our reputation is very important to us. Customer service is our number one priority. We do not cut corners! Our service and equipment is all top-notch. We continue to add to our lab equipment — our concept has always been to stay on the cutting edge of technology in canine reproduction. We are licensed through the California Veterinary Medical Board, the State of California, and inspected and approved by the American Kennel Club.
Our technical staff attends educational seminars throughout the year. Every year, we attend the Canine Theriogenology Symposium — a 2-3 day intensive seminar that gives us the chance to share experiences with other veterinarians and see the newest technology and equipment available in the field.
We keep our services limited to exactly what we know best. Reproduction is all we do! We don't try to compete with other veterinarians for other services. If your bitch needs a surgical implant, we refer to skilled veterinarians who do thousands of these procedures. If a workup requires a Western medicine approach, we have expert specialists we refer to. We surround ourselves with the best.
We have done thousands of canine semen exports all over the world. We know the ins and outs of how to properly send semen and clear it through customs. We use special shipping tanks that hold a freeze longer than traditional tanks. We keep you in the loop through the entire process — minimizing your time and worry. This is truly our specialty.
