For normal business hours please have shipments sent to us via FedEx or UPS (we prefer FedEx).

Send Priority Overnight ONLY — do not send First Overnight. Ship to the address below:

Tracking Required

Call or email us the day prior with the tracking number so we can stay on top of your shipment and ensure timely receipt.

Saturday Shipments

We are not open for regular business on weekends, so we will pick up semen at FedEx on Saturdays.

When shipping for Saturday delivery, send it Priority Overnight — Saturday HOLD FOR PICKUP. It is important to mark "hold for pick up at Grass Valley FedEx office" and make sure it is marked Saturday HOLD.

Critical — Friday Tracking

Call or email us with the tracking number on FRIDAY AFTERNOON so we can ensure the shipment will make it to Grass Valley on Saturday morning. This is essential to avoid delays.

Generally, shipments are ready for pickup at FedEx by 10 AM on Saturday. We will pick up and meet you at our office in time for your appointment.
